Заказал недавно 3 экшн-камеры Raplay XD mini с одного американского сайта..
Через пару дней пришло письмо от них:
Я ответил так (возможно зря..)We apologize, but your order has temporarily been placed on hold. Please answer the following questions (by responding to this email) to aid in processing your order:
1) Who is the end user of the product(s) you have ordered?
2) What is the end use of the product(s) you have ordered?
3) Where is the final destination of the product(s) you have ordered? (Please respond with a city and country)
Please note that your order is currently on HOLD. We would greatly appreciate a response within 7 days of the original status update email. If we do not hear from you by then, we will proceed with the cancellation of your order.
В ответ пришло очередное письмо:1) End users - me and my airsoft team. Not for sale.
2) For personal use.
3) Russian Federation, city Samara
Просят подписать и выслать им какую-то бумажку о сертификации.Greetings!

2. A signed and completed EAR Compliance Certification. We will need all end-users to complete, sign and return the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Compliance Certification located at:

By signing the Compliance Certification, you confirm the following:
(1) You have read and understand the terms as listed on the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Compliance Certification

Please note your order will remain on HOLD until we receive the signed and completed Compliance Certification.
Additionally, we will not sell any items regulated by the EAR to domestic customers who intend to illegally export these items.
Once we have received the EAR Compliance Certification, your order will be sent to our Order Processing Team. You may receive further correspondence from our processing team regarding your payment method or shipping information.
Сталкивался кто-то с таким? Экшн-камеры начали входить в перечень запрещённых для экспорта? Или они подозревают не буду ли я на востоке Украины с этими камерами воевать, ведь все русские - террористы?
Заморачиваться с переводом всех их правил на русский и осмысливать не кинут ли они меня на бабло за попытку вывезти из штатов в Россию запрещённые к экспорту товары? Или проще тупо отменить заказ?
Или я просто что-то не понимаю и тут ничего особенного нет?
Подскажите, пожалуйста)
возможно скрытой... 
возможно с целью шпионажа...
